In 2002 Tristan Hogg and Jon Simon hatched a plan – to create the most delicious and wholesome pie the British public had ever tasted. 11 years on and Pieminister has become a favourite in Bristol, the West Country and further afield.

Today, the business incorporates a dedicated production factory, offices and several shops. Reconomy Connect provides and manages waste services across the sites, reducing management overheads and ensuring value for money. And as part of the push to reduce landfill, we’ve implemented a bespoke food waste collection on an industrial scale. We’re helping Pieminister divert hundreds of tons into local anaerobic facilities.

Recently, Pieminister have struck out in a new direction and opened four restaurants of their own. More look set to follow. Wherever and however their business grows, Reconomy Connect will be on hand!
